Description:
This shopping center is on the site of the former Amtrak North Philadelphia Station. Posel was chosen by Amtrak and the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation to redevelop the abandoned and derelict site on Broad Street in North Philadelphia. The completed project includes 70,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a Pathmark Supermarket. The historic train station was renovated as part of the project.
